Waterfront Colonial-Style Residence

This country palace located in Marianna blends colonial architecture and impressive masonry with the charm and amenities for fun in the Florida sun. Noteworthy features include an outdoor area with a pool and lanai, a two-story garage, a mother-in-law suite, and a custom-built workshop.

The front elevation includes a grand entrance with Corinthian columns and expansive brickwork. At this grade and to the left, there is a three-car garage.

Around the garage, the drive slopes down to a vast outdoor recreational area, which includes a pool, lanai, stairway to the dock, and another two-car garage directly beneath the other garage.

The project also required a custom shop for automobile maintenance.
