Things are going great here at Mark Mercer & Associates, Inc. and we could not be more excited. We’ve got some wonderful news to share. First, we’ve launched a brand new website to showcase our work and to tell you a little more about our company. Second, we’re moving to a great new location that will be easier for our clients to access and help our company expand for the future.

New Website

To kick things off, this is our new website, which has a much cleaner and modern look than the previous site.

Projects and related imagery are now the focus, so it should be much easier to view our work. Straight from the front page, the new website features big, colorful images of the types of projects we specialize in. Project pages now have information like addresses, testimonials, and slideshow galleries for easily viewing pictures.

It’s now much easier to schedule an appointment: simply click “Schedule Appointment” in the upper-right of the page and fill out the form. Based on availability, we will respond with a time that works.

Our new blog will showcase the projects that we are currently working on. Best of all, the new website and all of its features are now fully responsive, meaning the site will look great no matter what device you are using.

New Location

In other news, we’re moving to a new location off of Jenks Avenue. This new, more centralized location should be easier to reach and allow us to grow in the future. The renovation for the location is nearly complete, and we should be able to move into the new space in the coming weeks.

Waterside Chiropractic Nears Completion

The major addition to Waterside Chiropractic is nearly complete, and is expected to reopen the doors to its existing location in the coming weeks. The work includes a substantial expansion to the building, adding new wings to either side. In the photos below, only the brick portion of the building existed prior to the project. Even in the existing portion of the building, an extensive remodel has gone underway to match the new branding of Waterside Chiropractic, including an intricately constructed reception area.

St. Andrews Bayview Home – Update 2

New home construction continues on the St. Andrews Bayview Home. Framing is now complete and drywalling is set to begin soon. Even at this stage, the St. Andrews Bayview Home is shaping up to be a beautiful house. From the upper floors, there is a spectacular view across St. Andrews Bay, and this home provides the amenities necessary to appreciate such a view, including a covered lanai, large windows, and even a folding glass wall to open the entire living space for summertime parties.

Emerald Coast Fellowship – Church Renovation

Construction continues to move forward at a swift pace at Emerald Coast Fellowship. This church renovation will include a new industrial-sized kitchen and pantry, serving area, restrooms, choir rehearsal area, music library, recording studio, conference room, and more. The new church addition extends seamlessly from the existing sanctuary structure, which as part of the church renovation, will replace their pews for chairs. This change will allow the seating layout of the sanctuary to be easily rearranged and let the sanctuary double as a fellowship hall for serving food.

Northstar Eastside – New Church Campus

Northstar Church is a fast-growing church with several campuses in the Florida Panhandle. Northstar Eastside is a new church campus in the Callaway area intended to reach the people in the community and in the eastern Panama City area. The main building includes the sanctuary and several classrooms.

Though the structure is a metal building, a custom facade will be added around it to provide a friendlier look. The new church campus also includes the former Liberty Baptist Church, and will utilize the facilities in the existing building.

Work on the parking lot has begun as well, which is expanded to facilitate an expectedly larger congregation.

Coastal Colonial on the Bay Begins Construction

Construction has begun on a new home on St. Andrews Bay. This house will be modeled in the Coastal Colonial style, with a grand facade and excellent views across the water. Because the home is intended to be split-level, work has started on a basement level.
